How big is your team?

We have a core team of 25+ specialised professionals operating between our Mumbai and Gurugram offices. Unlike many agencies that outsource, our photography, cinematography and post-production (editing and motion graphics) are handled 100% in-house ensuring visual consistency and data security for our corporate clients.
For large-scale conferences or international MICE events, we are capable of deploying crews of up to 20 members per project to provide comprehensive coverage.

We are a pan-India agency with permanent offices in Mumbai and Gurugram. Our team is fully equipped to travel to any city across India to cover your corporate events or industrial shoots. What is MICE event photography and videography?

MICE stands for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. MICE event photography and videography is the professional documentation of large-scale corporate gatherings like
• annual conclaves,

What is employer branding photography and video and why does it matter?

Employer branding photography and video is visual content created specifically to communicate your organisation's culture, values, workplace and people, used in recruitment campaigns, LinkedIn, career pages, internal communications and ESG reporting.
It differs from standard corporate photography because the subject is your people and environment rather than your products or events. What is a corporate documentary film?

A corporate documentary film is a long-form factual video production, typically 7to 10 minutes, that tells the story of a company, its people, its social impact or a specific initiative. Unlike a brand film (which is typically 2 - 4 minutes and promotional in tone), a corporate documentary uses the language of documentary filmmaking: real characters, narrated journeys, on-location filming, and archival material.
Corporate documentaries are used for CSR reporting, anniversary communications, investor relations and leadership legacy. CandidShutters Media has produced corporate documentaries for HUL, Agilent Technologies, Vedanta and other leading organisations.

Do you offer photography only or video production only?

Both, independently and together. Many of our clients commission combined photography and video production from the same shoot, which is more efficient and ensures visual consistency across all deliverables.

What are the different types of photography and videography services?

For corporate events, we offer four primary service types:
1. Candid Photography: Natural photographs taken without posing, shot with a mix of lenses, angles and lighting. These are typically the most compelling images from any event.
2. Traditional Photography: Posed photographs suitable for group shots, award ceremonies and formals.
3. Cinematography: Documentary-style video capture using varied lenses, angles and camera movements producing visually rich content that tells your event's story.
4. Traditional Videography: Comprehensive event coverage capturing speeches, panel discussions, performances and awards in their entirety, ideal as a video record.
For documentary shoots, brand films, interviews and product shoots, a custom scope is agreed during the briefing phase.

Do you produce CSR films?

Yes, CSR film production is one of our specialisations. We've produced CSR documentary films for Hindustan Unilever (HUL Prabhat), Agilent Technologies, Vedanta and Archies, covering rural community development, women's empowerment, education, hunger alleviation, health initiatives and environmental programmes across India.

Do you cover international events?

Yes. We have covered corporate events and MICE productions in Dubai, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Malaysia, Thailand (Phuket and Pattaya), the Maldives and other international destinations with full crew deployment and the same quality standards as our India productions.

Do you offer drone filming for corporate events and industrial shoots?

Yes. We have licensed drone operators and use DJI Mavic Pro 2 and FPV drones for aerial corporate photography and videography. Drone filming is particularly effective for:

Do you shoot in HD or 4K?

We shoot in 4K as a standard. Depending on specific shoot requirements, HD may be used in certain scenarios, this is agreed during the briefing phase.

Can you guarantee coverage on my event day?

Yes. Unlike many photography service providers, our USP is the strong backup of a talented in-house pool of photographers and cinematographers. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we assure you a backup of an equally experienced crew member who will do full justice to your event

How much does corporate photography and video production cost?

Every project is scoped and priced individually based on your brief - the type of content, number of shoot days, locations, crew size and post-production requirements. We don't have fixed packages because no two projects are the same. Contact us with your brief and we'll send a detailed proposal within 48 hours. You will receive GST invoices for all payments made to us.

What is your booking process?

Our onboarding process is designed to be seamless and professional for corporate procurement teams:

2. Custom Proposal: Based on your brief, we provide a detailed commercial proposal and technical scope within 48 hours.
3. Formalisation: Upon approval, we share a comprehensive contract outlining all deliverables, timelines and payment terms, along with a pro forma invoice.
4. Confirmation: Once a Purchase Order (PO) is raised and the advance is processed, we officially block the dates for your event.
5. Pre-Production: We begin the storyboarding and planning phase to align with your brand references and creative expectations.
6. Execution & Delivery: After the shoot, final payments are settled and we issue a formal GST invoice. Your professionally edited assets are delivered within the stipulated timeline.

How does the storyboarding process work?

For us, knowing your requirements, preferences, visual style, music taste, and event schedule are as important as the shoot itself. We pioneered the concept of storyboarding for corporate event production around 2013–2014, a first in this industry.
Before the shoot, we request for all the project specific details to kickstart the process. Regular communication between your team and ours leading up to the shoot and during the edit phase ensures our deliverables exceed your expectations.

How quickly can you deploy for an event?

For events in Mumbai and Delhi NCR, we can mobilise same-day in most cases. For outstation events we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for single-day events, and 4–6 weeks for multi-day conferences or international productions.

Can you provide a same-day edit for social media?

Yes, same-day social media edits are available and must be requested during the briefing and scoping phase so that a dedicated editor can be assigned to the project on the day. Please raise this requirement when you contact us so we can plan accordingly.

How do you calculate work hours and extra charges?

Our standard pricing is based on a full-day shift of 8–10 hours. Work hours start from the time we arrive at your venue and end when we leave, including any waiting time between sessions.
We understand that high-stakes events can run over schedule. Extended requirements are discussed during the scoping phase and billed on a pro-rata basis, ensuring full cost transparency for your finance team with no hidden surprises after the event.

How much advance do I need to pay? What is your cancellation policy?

50% of the confirmed amount is required to book us. The booking is confirmed only once payment is received in our account. The remaining 50% is payable on the day of the shoot (or as per mutually agreed payment terms).
Editing will only begin once all payments have been received as per the payment terms, any delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly in case of delays.

In the case of cancellations, 100% payment is required as we will have blocked dates, crew and equipment for those dates, representing a complete loss for us.

Do you issue GST invoices?

Yes. We are a fully GST-compliant agency and issue GST invoices for all corporate photography and video production services. We understand the financial workflows of large organisations and are comfortable working within your company's standard payment terms, vendor registration processes and procurement cycles.

Can you sign an NDA or work within our vendor compliance requirements?

Yes. We routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for clients across financial services, pharma, private equity and technology. We are fully comfortable with corporate vendor registration, due diligence processes and procurement compliance requirements. Our GST registration, company documents and other compliance materials are available upon request.
Please flag your NDA or compliance requirements at the briefing stage and we will accommodate them before the contract is signed.

What is your travel, accommodation, and food policy?

For outstation shoots (outside Delhi NCR and Mumbai) across India or for international MICE events, travel and accommodation are typically managed by the client or billed at actuals. This ensures the CandidShutters Media crew is positioned to perform at the highest standard, regardless of location. We provide transparent billing for all travel-related expenses to align with your corporate audit requirements.
Meals for the full crew during the course of any shoot are required, irrespective of location. Please refer to your specific proposal for the terms applicable to your project.

In our line of work, our portfolio is a direct reflection of our quality and we do share work on our website and social media. How long does post-production take?

Our standard delivery timelines are designed to meet fast-paced corporate requirements:
• Event Photography & Highlight Films: Typically delivered within 5-7 working days.
• Brand Films & Corporate Documentaries: Generally 10-15 working days depending on edit complexity.
• Rush Delivery: Available for time-sensitive launches. Please discuss your deadline during the briefing phase.
All timelines are customisable based on your project needs and are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

What is the scope of edit work?

Our post-production process involves professional colour grading, audio mastering, and brand-consistent editing. The scope varies by deliverable type:
• Photos: Best images shortlisted, colour corrected, and toned. Scope includes colour enhancement, minor cropping and toning - not retouching or compositing.
• Cinematic / Highlight Films: Best shots selected, placed on a timeline, matched to carefully selected music and colour graded for the final output.
• Traditional Videos: Best shots placed on a timeline with matching music and text titles.
For brand films, executive interviews, industrial and specialised shoots, the edit scope is agreed during the briefing phase and confirmed in your proposal.

How will I receive the final photos and films?

We ensure your data is delivered through secure, professional channels:
• Secure Cloud Access: All final assets are delivered via a secure cloud link for easy internal sharing and high-speed downloads.
• RAW Data Delivery: If your project requires RAW data, we deliver these files on high-speed SSDs (provided by the you, the client) to ensure data integrity.
• Corporate Compliance: Our delivery methods are designed to respect corporate IT and security protocols.

How many photographs will I receive?

For corporate events, we typically deliver approximately 120-150 edited candid photographs per day of shoot. There is no fixed upper or lower limit, the number depends entirely on the content and activities at your event.
For headshots, product shoots, industrial photography and other specialised shoots, the numbers are different and will be specified in your confirmation. If you opt for unedited delivery, the entire RAW dump is provided with no upper limit on volume.

What is the duration of the films and videos?

We do not place an upper limit on any film or video. The duration depends on the scope of the shoot, type of content and your requirement. As a guide: event highlight films run 2-4 minutes and full coverage videos typically run 30 minutes to 60 minutes per major session.

How do you protect our data against loss?

We follow a strict redundancy protocol. Immediately following a shoot, all footage and photographs are backed up across two separate high-speed SSDs on-site. Once in our office, data is further mirrored to secure local storage providing multiple layers of protection throughout the post-production phase. Editing is performed on a separate third copy and the final output is backed up in two drives before delivery.

What is your data retention policy?

We maintain active backups of all footage and assets throughout the post-production and editing phase. Once final deliverables are approved and shared via our secure channels, we provide a window of 30 days from the date of final online delivery for your team to secure and archive the data.
Post-approval, RAW data is removed from our internal systems to maintain optimal performance for ongoing projects. We strongly recommend that clients provide their own high-speed SSDs for the permanent long-term archival of high-resolution RAW files.

What is your policy on RAW data and copyrights?

RAW Data: We understand that internal marketing teams or corporate archives may require unedited footage and images. RAW data can be provided upon request. Due to the large file sizes involved in 4K video production, we request that clients provide high-speed SSDs for these transfers to ensure data integrity and fast turnaround.
