For multi-day conferences and international events, 4-6 weeks ideally. For single-day corporate events, 2 weeks is usually fine. We accommodate tighter timelines when we can.
2. Do you cover multi-day events?
Yes and we're experienced at it. Multi-day coverage means coordinating crew across parallel sessions, managing equipment across changing venues and delivering consistent output across every day of the event.
3. What is delivered after a MICE event?
Typically a photography gallery (fully edited, delivered within 3-5 working days), a highlight film (edited, colour graded, music based), social media edits for LinkedIn and Instagram and same-day reels if required during the event.
4. Can you cover events internationally?
Yes. We have covered corporate events in Dubai, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand and other international destinations-with full crew deployment.
