1. How far in advance should we book for a MICE event?
For multi-day conferences and international events, 4-6 weeks ideally. For single-day corporate events, 2 weeks is usually fine. We accommodate tighter timelines when we can.
2. Do you cover multi-day events?
Yes-and we're experienced at it. Multi-day coverage means coordinating crew across parallel sessions, managing equipment across changing venues, and delivering consistent output across every day of the event.
3. What is delivered after a MICE event?
Typically: a photography gallery (fully retouched, delivered within 5-7 working days), a highlight film (edited, colour graded, music scored), social media edits for LinkedIn and Instagram, and same-day reels if required during the event.
4. Can you cover events internationally?
Yes. We have covered corporate events in Dubai, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand, and other international destinations-with full crew deployment.
5. Do you work with in-house event teams?
Always. We coordinate with your events agency or in-house team before the shoot-understanding the run of show, key moments, access requirements, and priority deliverables.
